Learn to Quiet the Mind with Two Steps From Bliss

So you’re ready to start taking meditation seriously, but you’ve encountered a few problems along the way. When you sit, the mind wanders around of its own accord and you’re left wondering whether you meditated or just sat thinking for twenty minutes.

You’re sooo on the right track, because meditation is going to transform your life and enable you to live with deep inner peace. Stress and worry will become so much easier to manage.

But it’s easy to feel powerless with all that mental chatter going on up there. And then frustration and negativity start coming in to play.

The first thing you should know is that you don’t need to perfectly still the mind in order to meditate well. But it sure helps! And it speeds up the process of transformation.

If you’re ready for real change in your life, and feel that you are finally ready to take that step onto the spiritual path, this course is for you.

Stop letting life get in the way of your growth. It just goes round and round in circles.

How this course can help you

In Quiet Mind, you’re going to get the tools you need to help you calm your mind and meditate more deeply. When your meditations deepen, you’ll begin to live from a centre of deep inner peace.

The little things won’t bother you as much. The big things will take less time to get over.

This course gives you a step-by-step system for how to deepen your meditation practice and calm the restless mind.

The techniques are from the spiritual teachings of Ancient India, passed down through enlightened lineages.

Many of the techniques are also supported by modern science and research.

I struggled with Meditation

When I first started meditating, my mind was so restless. I’d get glimpses of stillness, and that would feel amazing. So when I had a meditation where my mind was restless, I felt like I’d failed.

There were times when I gave up; I convinced myself that I couldn’t do it, and that meditation just wasn’t for me. Then I came up with excuses, like I was too busy, or that it was too hard to find the time.

But after a while, I’d go back to meditation.

Then of course, my mind would wander again and again.

There were times where I'd get so angry. Would you judge me if I told you that there were a few times when I assaulted my sofa; other times, I curled up and cried in the fetal position.

But I kept going back.

Because something inside told me that this practice was essential for me, that it was healing me, despite the tears and the rage.

And then something shifted

With time, I found the right teachers who helped me figure out how to meditate deeply and silently. They gave me the tools and techniques I needed to meditate effectively, techniques suited to someone restless like me.

With time, I began to feel more peaceful on a daily basis, like I was on medication. I became more peaceful, less reactive to things that annoyed or upset me, more confident and courageous, less attached to outcomes, and more free from mental restlessness.

And there were no side effects at all!

In this course, I’ve condensed everything I’ve learned over the past eight years on how to quiet the restless mind.

So this process doesn’t have to be so messy for you, like it was for me.

One of the most important things I’ve learned is that you don’t need to do it perfectly. You just have to do it consistently.

I know you can do this. Imagine...

  • Building a daily meditation practice that gives you a taste of peace every day
  • Meditating in stillness free from frustration and mental restlessness
  • Living with calmness; no longer reacting but responding from your centre of inner peace.
  • Finally experiencing true change and waving goodbye to negative habits

This course is for you if...

  • You’re a relatively new meditator, having some difficulty quieting the mind.
  • You’ve been practicing for some time but still struggle with going deep.
  • You meditate now and again, but haven’t built a consistent practice.
  • You’re ready to take your practice seriously and commit to meditation, even if it's only for 5 minutes a day.

This course is probably not for you if

  • You already have a daily meditation practice, mostly free from challenges.
  • You are an advanced spiritual seeker, looking for enlightenment or a guru.
  • You are not yet ready or willing to commit to meditation.
  • You want a quick fix solution as opposed to putting in the time and discipline that it takes to build a spiritual practice.

Here's a quick glance at what you will be learning in this course.

In module 1, we take a look at some of the basics of meditation. We cover consistency, overcoming resistance, how to sit in meditation, and much more.

In module 2, we delve deep into the very important topic of relaxation. We explore a variety of different techniques to help you relax your body and mind before meditation. This can be seen as the "before" meditation stage.

In module 3, you learn what to do within your practice of meditation to go deep and quiet the mind. We explore breath awareness, mantra, visualization, and more.

In module 4, you explore what you can do after meditation and during your day to increase your chances of meditating deeply. Many of us forget that every thought, word, and action affects our consciousness, so the more we can live in tune with spiritual truths, the easier it will be to meditate well.

Finally, we put it all together and learn how we can get the most out of our meditation practice.

Hey, I'm Nick,

I started meditating in 2012 after some difficult times. Meditation was hard but I knew from the start that it had the potential to change my life on so many levels.

After practicing for a few years, I realized how powerful meditation was, and that I wanted to spend my life sharing it with others.

I had my fair share of challenges (and still do to some extent), but over time, it was so awesome to see the transformation that took place within me.

Over the 8 years of meditation, I’ve learnt so much about how to meditate deeply and quiet the mind.

And I’ve heard so many people tell me that they reason they don’t meditate is because their mind is too busy. Others tell me that this is their greatest challenge in meditation.

So that’s why I created Quiet Mind, to help beginner and intermediate meditators learn from my successes (and failures) and get their feet firmly on the spiritual path.

A few years ago, I became a certified meditation teacher and started Two Steps From Bliss. Since the site was released in 2018, it has grown its fan base and attracts over 1000 visitors a month. I'm pretty proud of it and it's been super helpful to a lot of people.
